Eaching new content at the end of the year is most often out of the question with crazy schedules and early dismissed groups as events and other obligations draw our students in every direction. Still, we know we must wrap-up. Our content with students to help bring lessons together and to help them review. For my students each and every school day right up to our final exams. Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Lemon Tilapia with Cucumber and Feta Quinoa. This adventure into quinoa came about during Passover, when all other starchy side dishes besides potatoes were off the table. As you can probably tell by now, tilapia is a fan favorite of ours, so this recipe fit perfectly with what we had and what we wanted to make. Lemon Tilapia with Cucumber and Feta Quinoa.
Thursday, November 9, 2017. For the past seven years, I have had the honor of being an educator. Yes, it is an honor. It is a privilege, and it is a true blessing. And, it is also hard, humbling, draining, exciting, and every other emotion in-between. In years past it was mostly due to multiple cats in the household that liked to climb up trees. Those years we persevered and continued to decorate traditionally - lost many ornaments in the process.
